A Symphony of Highlands & Doha Sophistication

The Heritage

From the raw peaks of the Tian Shan to the polished skyline of Doha.

Frunze represents an exquisite culinary bridge between Central Asia's ancient nomadic pathways and Qatar's modern cosmopolitan flair. Named after the historic, leafy capital nestled below snow-capped peaks, we import the pristine soul of Kyrgyz hospitality directly to Al Saad.

Our kitchens operate with ancestral patience. We celebrate open-fire grilling, slow ceramic-pot simmering, and dough hand-stretched to whisper-thin precision. Every texture and flavor is a modern ode to the wild grasslands, high-altitude honey, and milk-fed livestock of the Ala-Too range.

Fire & Slow Time

Our kitchen honors ancient methods. Meat is cooked in traditional heavy cast-iron *kazans* for up to 48 hours, or seared over premium birch-wood charcoal.

Mountain Purity

We use legendary red-brown Uzgen rice, wild Central Asian barberries, organic mountain honey, and mountain herbs from highland meadows.

"Nomadic dining is not merely about sustenance; it is a sacred gathering of hospitality. In the yurt, every guest is a king, and every meal is an offering of peace and deep human connection."

The Heritage

Reflecting the high-altitude grasslands of Central Asia, we embrace raw materials like pressed wool, heavy hand-made instruments, and organic wooden textures to craft our warm Doha sanctuary.
